The first Smart Car was launched in 2004, with it is cost-effectivity and environmentally cautious features, people are still opting for bigger automobiles. Canada and the United States will see the death of the Smart Car. In a society that views big cars as an indicator of wealth and status, the industry is barely surviving and some even indicated that they are surprised it has made it this long.
